Refund Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork. However, if your printed or framed artwork arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to request a refund or replacement.
Eligibility
This policy covers artwork that is physically damaged upon arrival, including:
-
Cracked glass or acrylic.
-
Bent or broken frame.
-
Creased, torn, or significantly marred print.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us and provide evidence of the damage within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

-
Take Photographs:
-
Take clear, well-lit photos that show the damage to the artwork itself (e.g., the crack, tear, or bend).
-
Take photos that show the condition of the packaging (box, tube, etc.), including any visible exterior damage.
-
If possible, a photo of the shipping label on the box is also helpful.
-
-
Email Us:
-
Email the photographs to creativefusionartstudio@gmail.com
-
In the subject line, please include your Order Number and the phrase "Damaged Artwork."
-
In the body of the email, briefly describe the damage and let us know if you would prefer a full refund or a replacement of the artwork.
-

Review and Resolution
-
Upon receiving your email and photo evidence, our team will review the claim within 1-5 business days.
-
If the damage is confirmed, we will process your request for either a refund or a replacement.
-
Replacements will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We will notify you with a new tracking number once the replacement order ships.

Important Notes
-
Do not return the damaged artwork to us unless specifically instructed by our team. In most cases, the photographic evidence is sufficient for us to process your claim.
-
This policy does not cover damage caused by the customer after delivery (e.g., dropping the frame), normal wear and tear, or dissatisfaction with the artistic elements (color, composition, etc.). For issues related to the quality of the print that are not physical damage, please contact us separately.
-
Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence may delay or prevent the processing of your claim.
