1. Project Acceptance and Commencement

Written Estimate/Quotation
Creative Fusion Art Studio will provide the client with a written estimate or quotation outlining the scope of work and associated fees.

Agreement
Project commencement requires a written confirmation (via email) from the client, accepting the provided quotation and these Terms of Business.

2. Design and Service Charges

Design Fees
Upon the client's acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted fee will be due at requested date. Work will not begin until this deposit has been received.

Additional Services
Any services or changes requested by the client that fall outside the scope of the original estimate will be quoted separately. Charges for these additional services become payable in full (100%) upon acceptance of the supplemental estimate.

3. Copyright and Ownership

Design and Creative Work
Copyright is retained by Creative Fusion Art Studio on all design work, including words, pictures, ideas, visuals, illustrations, and digital files. This ownership remains with the studio unless specifically released in writing after all project costs have been settled.

Design Options
If multiple design concepts are presented, only one option is deemed to fulfill the contract. All other presented designs remain the exclusive property of Creative Fusion Art Studio.

Client Materials
By supplying text, images, or other data to Creative Fusion Art Studio, the client warrants that they hold the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of these client-supplied materials remains with the client. The client grants us permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design or artwork creation.

Licensing
The client may request in writing the necessary permissions to use our copyrighted materials (e.g., source files) for purposes other than the original intended use. 

4. Proofs, Alterations, and Turnaround

Proof Approval
The client is responsible for checking all artwork carefully. Creative Fusion Art Studio cannot accept responsibility for errors (including, but not limited to, spelling, grammar, dimensions, and color) once the artwork has been formally signed off or approved by the client.

Third-Party Amendments
Creative Fusion Art Studio holds no responsibility for any amendments made to the design or artwork by any third party (e.g., another vendor, employee)  before or after the work is completed.

5. Payment

Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made by cash or wire transfer (electronic funds transfer). Banking Info will be on quotation provided.

Release of Work
Publication, printing, shipping, and/or release of any final work will not take place before cleared funds have been received for the full invoice amount.

6. Artwork Printing and Shipping

Printing
For all commissioned or purchased prints and artwork:

We use professional third-party printers and are not responsible for minor variations in color, paper stock, or finish that may occur due to the printing process, although we strive for the highest quality.

The client assumes all responsibility for print costs once final approval is given.

Shipping
All artwork is shipped via a reputable courier, and the client will be provided with tracking information.

Shipping costs are estimated and included in the final invoice unless otherwise stated.

Any claims for damage during shipping must be directed by the client to us. We will assist the client where possible.
